Smart Thread Solutions – Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: July 1st, 2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the sale of products by Smart Thread Solutions to you (“the Customer”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Orders and Acceptance
1.1 All orders are subject to acceptance by Smart Thread Solutions.
1.2 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors.
2. Pricing
2.1 All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Orders confirmed and accepted will not be affected by subsequent price changes.
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Standard Payment: Unless an approved account is in place, payment must be made in full (100%) at the time of order.
3.2 Account Customers: Customers with an approved trade account must make payment within 30 days from the invoice date.
3.3 Payment Methods: Payment may be made via wire transfer or card payment (Electronic Funds Transfer at Point of Order – EFTPO).
3.4 Late payments may incur interest charges and collection costs.
4. Shipping & Delivery
4.1 Shipping times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
4.2 Risk of loss or damage passes to the Customer upon delivery to the address provided.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Returns will only be accepted for faulty or damaged products, in line with Australian Consumer Law.
5.2 Returned products must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
5.3 Customers must notify us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return.
6. Warranty
6.1 Products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, if applicable.
6.2 Warranty claims must be made in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Thread Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
7.2 Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
8. Governing Law
8.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
8.2 Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Western Australia.
