At Smart Thread Solutions, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent service. Our Return & Refund Policy complies with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which guarantees your rights when purchasing goods from us.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Our team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions.
Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, Smart Thread Solutions will cover the return shipping cost.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping.

Please use a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee receipt of items returned without tracking.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will:

Process approved refunds within 10 business days via the original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, notify us within 7 days of receipt.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team.
Once an order has been shipped, it will need to follow the standard return process.
